I did consider that, and you’ll see from the subsequently posted Long Division that my personal thinking is that it shouldn’t be so trivially trackable - but that might be wrong, and it may be that, given that there’ll only be a handful of these, being able to follow the journey of Senor 13 Power, 12% Heft, Member of the Duke’s Legion from week to week is a good part of the game. Might be worth a separate proposal to clarify intent, here.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

Out of interest, if Power had varied there, would you have said which Secret Faction member had which Power? (That was the intention when I wrote “a blog entry which lists, for each Elector”, but maybe it needs to be more explicit.)
