(by the way, this proposal has structural problems apart from being silly. For example, say this were to pass. The proposal below, it “The Problem with ‘the problem with Zombies’” would now become an illegal pending proposal. So there would need to be some sort of grandfather clause that would allow proposals that were pending before this rule was written to remain pending.

We particularly dont want something like this in the core rules kept between dynasties.

Woah… I didn’t even see that this got added to the khor rules. Core rule messing is very bad. While I wouldn’t be against an idea like this for a Dynasty… longer than that isn’t good =P I guess that is now two reasons not to vote for this =P
