Proposal: The Real Deal

Times out at quorum, 5 votes to 0. Enacted by Kevan.

In the rule “Second-Hand Goods”, replace “and a Real Value (which defaults to zero)” with:-

and a Real Value (which defaults to 1)

Increase the Real Value of all Appreciating Goods by 1.

Seems odd that Appreciating Goods default to being fully worthless (Price × Quality × zero), when they’re already much cheaper than equivalent Static Goods.

Did you allow doubles when you enacted the other Proposal?

Do you mean the “privately and randomly choose ten goods within that category” clause? I interpreted it as meaning that if fewer than ten such goods existed in the GNDT, they would all be chosen.
