Per Kevan, plus, I’m pretty sure you are on a legal station (Bank) you are just mislabeled in the GNDT.

Should I just move as though I were at Bank then?

The ruleset says:

The Non-Disabled Access Interchange Station which is labeled both “Bank” and “Monument” is named Bank. There is no station named “Monument”.

My opinion is that your piece hasn’t moved, you are still on the same Station, it is simply now known as “Bank” instead of “Monument”, so the GNDT is wrong, but otherwise, nothing has really changed. (Obviously, you don’t change the M in your trail to a B, as you never “Moved” to Bank.)
