In “Names”, replace “If a rule would ever have no name, it is instead named “Unnamed Rule”.” with:-

If a rule would ever have no name, it is instead given the name of the proposal that created it, or (if this is not possible) the name “Unnamed Rule”.

Replace “The names of rules are not themselves rule text and have no effect other than being rule names.” with:-

The names of rules are flavour text.

To the end of “Rules and Proposals”, add a bullet:-

* If a dynastic rule has no text and no subrules, any Gambler may delete it from the ruleset.

Move the text of “Unnamed Rule” (the one beginning “As a Daily Action, a Gambler with the least amount of Points”) to the end of “Annoyingness”.

Tidying up how we handle unnamed rules, and adding (since it comes up sometimes) that an entirely empty rule can be repealed.

against This creates a situation where it allows for the enacting admin to decide whether a proposal that only affects the gamestate actually does so or whether it is in fact an unnamed rule that they can add to the dynastic ruleset, and that seems bad. People just need to write proposals properly.

I held off addressing that at all here, for pretty much that reason. These are just minor tweaks to our current policy of calling everything “Unnamed Rule”.
