If the Proposal “I May Be Some Time” did not pass, this Proposal has no effect.

Rename the Location “Outside” to “Village Square”; change the default location in the rule “Location” to “Village Square”. Set the Location of each Villager with a Location of “Outside” to “Village Square”.

In the rule “Location”, insert the following before the paragraph that begins “When a Villager’s Location is Outside”:

The following locations are considered to be Outside:
* Village Square
All other Locations are considered to be Indoors.

In the same rule, replace

Each Location has a Capacity, which is an integer between 1 and 3 inclusive (except Outside)

with

Each Location has an integer Capacity, which must be between 1 and 3 inclusive for Indoors Locations.

and

the Blizzard must destroy non-Outside Locations (by removing them from the table above, and setting the Locations of any Villagers in Locations thus destroyed to Outside)

with

the Blizzard must destroy non-Outside Locations (by removing them from the table above, and setting the Locations of any Villagers in Locations thus destroyed to the Village Square)

If the Proposal “I swear to god I will turn this makeshift tent around” passed, replace “to which Outside has a Route” in the Grapple Roughhousing with “to which their Location has a Route”.

If the Proposal “Raiding houses” passed, replace “the Heat of everyone outside” in the description of Branches with “the Heat of everyone in their Location”. Additionally, add the Cudgel to the list of Found Items if it’s not already in it.

Throughout the ruleset, replace “non-Outside” with “Indoors”.
