change to paragraph 3 in rule 2.10 (The Codex) so it reads…

If a Monk’s Knowledge is greater than or equal to 6, that Monk may decrease eir Knowledge by 6 at any time to request a cipher hint from the Abbot. The Monk shall post an entry specifying about which cipher e wants a hint. The Abbot shall then e-mail that Monk a hint concerning the specified cipher. The Abbot shall consistently give the same hint about a given cipher.

I see that two point difference as an incentive to vote more often and include a relevant quote, but I’m not oppposed to changing the number if everyone else is of the mind to.
