If the MIC faction has more Citizens than any other faction, the Chairman of MIC achieves victory.

If the GNO faction has more Citizens than any other faction, the Supreme Being of GNO achieves victory.

If the BLO faction has more Citizens than any other faction, the Stylist of BLO achieves victory.

This metadynasty must end now: it was fun while it lasted, but it makes no sense anymore. Let the mightiest faction rise over the others!
