Proposal: This one is on me…

Add a new sub-rule “Beer Seller” to the rule “Occupations” with the text:

As a daily action, the Beer Seller (if living) may “make a sale”. To do so, they roll 1DICEX (where X is the number of living villagers) and count down that number of villagers in the GNDT, skipping villagers who are dead. The selected villager gains an Ale Tankard item. Any villager carrying an Ale Tankard item is “Drunk”. If a Drunk villager is killed, the villager or villagers responsible gain an additional acuity point. During the Day, a villager who has carried an Ale Tankard since the start of that day may “sober up” and destroy that Ale Tankard item.

I don’t like this one so much - it just gives people random reasons to lynch/murder people who otherwise have no reason to be killed (either for the humans or the werewolves). against

It’d be cool if a drunk werewolf was unable to attack properly, or might reveal itself as a werewolf. Could also have similar negative effects on other professions, such as Night Watchman and Doctor, makes them unable to do their job as well. I’d like weekly better. Daily is a bit strong.  against

against i think a drunk person being killed should award NO acuity points—it’s an easy target.

for It’s a cruel ability, but giving people the option to adopt and use a cruel ability is good for the game.

I think its good. Its cruel too, but would the villagers all decide to kill each other? i think a villager who repeatedly wanted drunk people killed would end up being killed. or the beer seller would be targeted. I also think chivalrybean has a very good idea and that should be implemented. for

Hmm… Well, I do like that, unlike Mafia, if things keep going the way they are, everyone will have something to do, because if mafia, unless you have a ‘key’ role, what you can do is pretty limited. I think I’d vote FOR this is it was limited to at most weekly, or minimum only during Day or Night.
