We have a jail, but no jailor! And the keys to the jail are buried with the late Mayor!

If this proposal passes, then each living Villager may nominate up to two Villagers by making a comment to the proposal with the text “*Name* for Jailor”, where *Name* is the name of any Villager with the Status Alive.  Only the most recent comment of each Villager will be counted for nominations in this proposal, and a Villager may not nominate any Villager more than once in a single comment. If a Villager’s Status is Dead at the time of the proposal’s enactment, or if he has nominated more than two villagers, then his nominations will not be counted.

On enactment, the two live villagers receiving the most nominations shall receive a set of Gaol keys from the late mayor. If there is at least one clear winner, but more than one tied for second place, then only the villager with the most nominations will receive a key. If three or more villagers are tied for most nominations, then no one receives a key. Any keys not redistributed by this proposal remain in possession of the late Mayor.
