Proposal: Town Meeting: Wherefore there be Lycanthropes

Wherefore there be Lycanthropes rumoured to lurk in the forests nearby,
and as we be goode folke of humble nature, and that such kynde shall not be tolerated;
Let it therefore be resolved that all suche persons discovered to be werewolves shall be banished from the village,
and furthermore, that if suche werewolves shall attack or otherwise harme any peaceful and law-abiding citizens, they shall be hanged.
Thus sayeth the kynde people of Zahndorf.

All right-minded people of Zahndorf surely support this sentiment, but there’s no need for a town meeting on such non-constitutional issues.
