Call for Judgment: Trainer mixup

0-6. Imperials are not counted in CfJ’,s.

Adminned at 15 Jan 2007 06:02:20 UTC

Somebody added everyone’s trainer TP today even though it was already done on monday—t’s occasionally, not often—and then some people also added it today for themselves, which I think was legal because it was a new user who wasn’t here monday, but then again perhaps not.  I don’t know if I have to CfJ this or if I could just revert the changes myself—sorry, I’m kinda new at this.  But this way is more likely to stop it from happening again anyway.

My reading, correct me if im wrong.

2.3.2
“Often, an Olympian may give every current Olympian one Training Point, provided no other Olympian has done so that day. If e does so, he must give every current Olympian the training point. “

Thats what was done for everyone, and it is often

2.6
“Normal Trainer: Requirements: None. Any Olympian without a trainer has this trainer. Effect: An Olympian using this trainer may occasionally increase eir training points by one. “

Thats what was done individually for me, since I hadn’t had one this week.

Clucky: he/him

ChinDoGu is right.

And yeah. For future reference, I’ll point you to rule 1.7 “All updates to the GNDT are logged - if a Olympian feels that an alteration goes against the Rules (as they were at the time of the alteration), e may simply undo the effects of that alteration. If such an undoing is disputed, a Call for Judgment shall be raised.”

Basically, in the case where someone had actually doing something against the rules, you could’ve just changed that without the need for a CfJ.

Or if your not sure, just make a post here asking if you are reading things right.  Dosn’t need to be a cfj unless you get in a disagreement with someone else about interpretation.

against It might help to clear up the meaning of the normal trainer (I’m working on it) but I don’t see that any rules were violated either.

against If this CfJ passed, nothing would happen since it doesn’t specify any changes to the Gamestate.
