_Fox_ took a Strenuous action by Stimming Bucky while Life Support was Catastrophic. Humans can’t do that.
I accuse _Fox_ of being an Android.
“If the Life Support System is Catastrophic, Strenuous actions cannot be taken by Humans.” So the fact that Kevan reverted the actions means that Fox has to be Human (or Kevan misread the ruleset). 
Let’s have everybody who is not Disabled prove themselves as Human by attempting to take Android only actions and having Kevan reverse them. Anyone who doesn’t comply or doesn’t get there action reversed gets toasted by Proposal.
I think that Team Bucky is aiming for an Android victory. As such, from my point of view, the death of any Human is a disaster, even if it’s someone who’s clearly in league with the other team.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.

Note that I reverted the direct effects of Fox’s actions earlier today (namely Bucky making Emotion and Clearance changes as a result of no longer being Exhausted), as I believed the Stim action to be illegal.
