Since new players are joining, I think we should update the skirmish gold given values.
Goblins - any Weapon - 40 Gold
Skeletons - Blunt Weapon - 50 Gold
Harpies - Ranged Weapon - 60 Gold
Orcs - Heavy Weapon - 70 Gold
Giant Spiders - two Weapons - 70 Gold
Proposals should generally offer explicit instructions to change the ruleset (“change the list in rule blah to the following”), but I think the intention here is clear enough.
Yay! More gold! This is actually a good idea, because most of us are really behind on gold.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
