I think it’s an Official Post, but not a Proposal - it’s “following the format specified by a rule”. Standard practice is to mark it closed as an illegal proposal; I’ll do that now.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

I believe this is neither a proposal, nor an Official Post, but an Unofficial post which has been entered into the wrong category. Ayesdeeef already had two Proposals Pending when this was submitted (both of which share a name with this post), therefore, it is not a Proposal, per Rule 1.5. I could change the post type to reflect its gamestate, but since I’ve been out of the game a while, I want to make sure I’m interpreting the rules correctly before I mess with it.
