Each Vampire Lord that has an engraved Sigil in an orthogonally adjacent room to this room gains 1 Puissance.(+3)

Each Vampire Lord with an engraved Sigil here gains 1 Puissance. (+1)
Each Vampire Lord that has an engraved Sigil in an orthogonally adjacent room to this room gains 1 Puissance. (+2)
Each Vampire Lord with an engraved Sigil here gains 1 Puissance, or 3 Puissance if Richardo has 7 or fewer Energy. (+3)
In the subrule “Power Actions”, change
Engraving a Sigil is a Power Action with a cost of 1 plus 1 for each other Sigil the Vampire Lord performing the action has engraved across all rooms.

Generally giving sigils a discount, along with a new idea for a feature.

I realised a while back that “has engraved across all rooms” is ambiguous. While we’re here, could you fix it to “2 plus 1 for every three Rooms in which that Vampire Lord’s Sigil is engraved”? As it is, it’s unclear whether we’re counting the number of times the “engrave sigil” has been performed, or the number of sigils that still exist.
