In “Review”, replace “The Restaurant Manager may post a Review if one has not been posted in the previous 48 hours, and if there are no active Tasting posts which have been active for more than 48 hours.” with:-

The Restaurant Manager may post a Review if the previous one is Ready, and if there are no active Tasting posts which are Ready.

And add a new paragraph to that rule after the first:

A Review is Ready if it is more than 48 hours old, or if every Cook has posted a Recipe to it.

In “Tasting Contest”, replace “If a Tasting post has been active for more than 48 hours” with:-

A Tasting post is Ready if it is more than 48 hours old, or if every Cook has either made a Best Guess for it or sent a private message to the Manager saying that they do not intend to make a guess. If a Tasting post is Ready
