Proposal: Western coup v2 [UN Resolution] [Victory]

Create a rule “Victory” with the following contents:

The CICs named card, Cuddlebeam, derrick, and Sesquipedalian have achieved dominance.

Any CIC, if no CIC has already done so, may select at a winner at random from the list of CIC’s that have achieved dominance by rolling a DICE4 in the GNDT. From such a dice, a roll of 1 selects card, a roll of 2 selects Cuddlebeam, a roll of 3 selects derrick and a roll of 4 selects Sesquipedalian. This winner has achieved victory.

[Maldor] The point is that this Resolution would currently only need these four players to vote in favour of it, to pass. If they each feel that they’d have less than 25% chance of winning the game through regular means, and wouldn’t object to any of the others listed from running the next dynasty, it makes some sense to for them to team up and toss a coin.
