Create a subrule of Drunkeness, “Lost Inhibitions”:-
Whenever a Clothed Organism’s Drunkeness increases, and that Organism is Drunk after the increase, then the Earthling making the change must roll DICEX where X is the Organism’s new Drunkeness. If the result is three or greater, then the Organism’s Clothing becomes Naked.
Doesn’t look like the Clothing rule is actually going to pass after all.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
