Add the following to the end of the sub-rule entitled Gamestate Mapping:
Unless otherwise stated, any ruleset’s local terminology used to refer to Time Monks shall be taken to mean Time Monks; and any ruleset’s local terminology used to refer to Time Buddha shall be taken to mean Time Buddha.
NPCs that exist in a dynasty’s ruleset shall exist in the gamestate for Dynasty 100, but shall only be able to interact with, or be interacted with by, players who currently Occupy the dynasty from whence they came. If it is required for them to be listed in the GNDT then they shall be listed with the number of their dynasty of origin in square brackets as part of their name.

“Unless otherwise stated, any ruleset’s local terminology used to refer to Time Monks shall be taken to mean Time Monks; and any ruleset’s local terminology used to refer to Time Buddha shall be taken to mean Time Buddha.” sounds like a tautology to me and in my opinion has no effect.
I think we need to use “and may optionally specify that the terms [player] and [emperor] will be replaced with theme-specific terms throughout the entire ruleset” to “recognize” which terms are refering to Time Monks and to Time Buddha.

I agree; I struggled with the wording. Would you mind proposing? I’m out of slots.
Purplebeard:
Starting point for a more robust formulation: “For each ruleset, let [X] be the term used to indicate a human player of BlogNomic and let [Y] be the term used to indicate the human player who heads a dynasty.”
Cpt_Koen:
I think it’s actually part of the UTD!
