In the rule “Executive”, replace “Its Power is to mandate that a single Clerk, who may not be a Clerk who is sitting on the Executive Committee, has an Executive Washroom Keycard.” with:-
Its Power is to mandate that a single Clerk has achieved victory, so long as there are at least seven Employees. (A Clerk is an Employee if they are not Idle; an Idle Clerk is an Employee if they went Idle within the previous seven days.)
Wiring in a victory condition, and requiring an active player base to trigger it (rather than otherwise encouraging a stagnant one by default), to see what happens. Awkward bracket clause is to prevent tactical idling to deny a win.
