In the rule “Dynasties”, rewrite the first paragraph,
BlogNomic is divided into a number of Dynasties. Each Dynasty is headed by a single Agent, known as the Director of Operations, and is named according to the number of Dynasties they have headed (eg. “The First Dynasty of Myke”).
to the following:
BlogNomic is divided into a number of Dynasties. Each Dynasty is headed by a single Agent, known as the Director of Operations.
The systematic labelling of dynasties we have now has some weird implications when the mantle is passed, or when emperorhood is temporarily transferred to another player. For example, because Roujo briefly ‘headed’ this dynasty, their next dynasty should rightly be called the Second dynasty of Roujo under the current wording. Several other players, like Bucky, Angry Grasshopper and Darknight have also been the emperor of other players’ dynasties, so their numbering is also off. The naming scheme we’ve been using on the wiki and headers of various dynasties is based on informal agreements and cannot be translated in a way that would satisfy the ruleset, and there is no real reason for the title of a dynasty to be gamestate, so why not track these things informally?
