To the bulleted list in the rule, insert a new point after the second:-
The Ship’s Computer shall remove every Mark in the GNDT which targets a Disabled Crewmember and/or the Diplomat.
Doesn’t specify which bulleted list you’re inserting this into. There’s more than one in the ruleset.
Oops. There was a previous clause making it illegal to set such GNDT values, but I dropped it for the sake of simplification. Hurry up with that computer memory slide, people.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
