While we’re at it

Since I don’t have a proposal slot and we’re basically starting over with the zombies, I wanted to throw out this idea for a thematic shift.  I was thinking we could repeal the rules to do with crops and build defensive structures instead (walls, bridges, etc) using the various resources (wood, stone, metal, etc).  Of course, we would have to repurpose some of the resources and/or change some of their names.

What do y’all think?

I plan to make use of jury nullification to defeat any CfJ which attempts to kill all zombies as part of fixing the “broken” zombie system, despite not currently being in control of any Zombies myself.  I really think just moving the zombies to a Species Compendium is sufficient.

There has been offered the opinion that a CfJ is not needed to remove illegal zombies.

I’d like to stay with the scheme. Changing it now would seem complicated. And I do not see where it makes for more fun. :-)

I was going to propose more extensive defensive structures much earlier in the dynasty.  Then I figured out that Crops serve the exact same purpose.

Basically, I’m thinking about replacing crops with defensive structures to provide more of a passive defense and therefore less grinding.

Anyways, this came about because I was brainstorming about what else we can do with square plots since it seems like people are getting disinterested with the current theme.  Basically, I was trying to think of a way to overhaul the game mechanics to stimulate interest as was suggested earlier by Ienpw(?).

Sorry, Bucky.  I’ve been trying to keep the zombie shambles up roughly every day, but there’s just so many zombies at a time that sometimes I just don’t have time.
