Change the rule Mindjacking to be a subrule of “Tier 1: Techno-Witch Reality”, listed before Potency.
Repeal “Yanking”.
Going further than Tempting Fate by suggesting a straight repeal. I think any “copy an effortful move for free” mechanic - even with the mitigation of a die roll or something else - is going to have a bit of chilling effect on performing the moves which might be copied.
Hm, some people are voting in favor of both Tempting Fate and Yanked, so I’m confused as to which direction people really want to go. I don’t have a strong attachment to Yanking, so if people want to get rid of it, let’s just do that.
I would withdraw my Proposal, but I don’t want to just invalidate the votes in favor of it without understanding why people voted for both.
That would be lemon, Chiiika, and Bucky voting for both adding the dice roll mechanic to Yanking and then this Proposal to repeal Yanking entirely.
i’m voting for both because i want at least one of the two to succeed, and there’s no problem if they both get enacted ‘cause this proposal will just clean up the other one :0
