I’d say you were still “posting” a proposal to the blog if you edited a non-proposal entry into a proposal. You’re making your proposal appear on the blog.

Seeing as how I can’t have it, I suppose no-one should: Cuddlebeam also has the beer googles, so he can wait until this apparently uncontroversial proposal is almost passed and then “interpret” it to read “Cuddlebeam achieves victory”. So probably don’t pass any Cuddlebeam proposals until they drop the googles.

I could’ve dodged it by just dropping the item, moving away, posting the proposal, then moving back and recovering the booze…
