Add to the list of characteristics a Location has:
* zero or more hazards. Hazards have an effect and a Discovery.
Before:
“If this Discovery is a Mineral, it emits toxic gases: the Applying Pathfinder must set their Stamina to zero and lose all Items they are carrying”
Add:
Add a Hazard to the location of the applying pathfinder. The hazard has an effect of Deadly and its Discovery is the Discovery being applied to .
After:
“A Pathfinder can Travel by paying 1 Stamina, changing their Location to another which is Linked to their current Location.”
Add:
If the new Location has a hazard that the pathfinder is not carrying a piece of equipment that has a restorative effect on that hazard’s discovery, they lose 2 stanima.
This makes permanent hazards on the map, and gives people the ability to ignore them with the right gear.
