In the rule “Local Maneuvering”, replace “that they have not used to change Orbits in the last 20 hours” with:-

that they have not used to change Orbits earlier that day, or in the last 10 hours

And replace “A Shuttle may spend 2 Fuel to Hover, if it has not done so in the previous 20 hours.” with:-

As a daily action, a Shuttle may spend 2 Fuel to Hover.

In “Magnetic Boosters”, remove “They may not Maneuver for the next 24 hours after doing so.” and replace “may spend Fuel equal to” with:-

may, as a daily action, spend Fuel equal to

Changing the “once per 20/24 hour” actions to just be regular, easier-to-track daily actions.

What’s so hard to track about 20 hours?

Well Bucky, looking at a clock is no fun.

And if you’re able to take actions four hours increasingly earlier every day (setting an alarm to wake up and take game actions halfway through the night, once every six days), you get to take more actions than players who don’t. What advantage does 20 hours actually have over daily actions?

It makes it easier to guarantee you can check in between two uses of the same thruster by the same player.  And the ‘increasingly earlier’ problem should mostly not happen because of limited Fuel supplies.
