In “Favours”, remove “Any details the gained resource has apart from quantity are chosen by the Factory, who should be generous if possible.” and change “any tabular resource of their choosing that is described only in the Dynastic Rules” to “any tabular resource of their choosing”.
This will never fire given the restrictions on tabular resources.
After reading over the rule being modified, I think this is safe (and simplifies the rule somewhat), so I’ll be FOR it unless there are further comments.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.

Can also reduce “any tabular resource of their choosing that is described only in the Dynastic Rules” to just “any tabular resource of their choosing”, for what it’s worth, since tabular is defined as dynastic.
