In the rule Herald, change DICE2 to DICE5+5.

Add the following to the list of Enemies:

Pilk || Sea || Small || 2
Destral || Air || Small || 1
Donker || Land || Medium || 6
Tental || Sea || Medium || 5
Flinger || Air || Medium || 5
Stumps || Land || Large || 14
Razorspine || Sea || Large || 11

Add the following to the beginning of the rule Waves:

Each Vassal has a publicly tracked value called Damage, which defaults to the median value for Damage held by all other Vassals.

Set the Damage of all Vassals to 0.
