Echoing Josh’s point in The Partition Protocol; I think that this proposal bunch out the parts that are making the whole gamestate extremely clunky to work on; I think that a main theme of “employee doing work on projects and getting eval points out of that” is a possible cycle; but that would require more fixes and stuff; especially with how the stress meter and the work effort interact.
