It has come to my attention that the status of my most recent DoV (http://blognomic.com/archive/declaration_of_victory22/) is in dispute, and needs clarification. Therefore, adjust all tracked gamestate information as through the following statements are true:
1)The aforementioned Declaration of Victory was a past dynasty DoV as described in Rule 2.2.3, even if it existed before that rule.
2)The aforementioned Declaration of Victory did not cause a hiatus to begin.
