Each Henchman may include a DICE5 roll on their vote for this Proposal. If it passes, each of those Henchman who voted FOR, increase their their MS by the amount they rolled.

Roll DICEX, where X is the number of Evil Proposals that failed or were vetoed during April. Ordering them by ennactment date (ascending), pass and enact Proposal number X.

It’s like playing Russian Roulette!

I like the first part, but the second is too risky. Something like my proposal “Making Changes to [Evil] Poetry” could be enacted (which I’m not totally against, mostly just the proposals that do other evil stuff).
