Repeal the rule “Savings”, remove the step “Take the difference of that author’s Points before the previous step and after the previous step and add that difference to that author’s Coins.” from the Resolving a Backronym action, and remove ” unless that Wordsmith first spends 3 Coins for each word in that title that is found in The Word Bank.” from The Word Bank rule.
No one is using this so why keep it around?

Mild against, it’s sometimes good to keep a bit of obsolete history in the ruleset if it’s not getting in the way. And Coins might be a useful resource to keep around; I was considering using them when I needed a sub-Point payout for something last week.

I think you missed a step right before in Scoring.
“Subtract the Savings of the author of that Backronym from that author’s Points, to a minimum of 0 Points, then set that author’s Savings to 0.”
