Proposal: Bad Atmosphere

In the rule entitled “Emotions”, change the following sentence:

If a single Emotion (ignoring Alert, Tired, Fatigued and Exhausted) appears in more Crewmembers than any other Emotion, that Emotion is known as the Atmosphere; otherwise there is no Atmosphere.

to read:

If a single Emotion (ignoring Alert, Tired, Fatigued and Exhausted) appears in more Crewmembers than any other Emotion in its Nature, then that Emotion is part of the Atmosphere. If no Emotion meets this criterion, there is no Atmosphere.

Change “Atmosphere is” to “Atmosphere contains” throughout the ruleset.

“Side Effects” includes things like “If the Atmosphere is Unhappy, Trials require one fewer FOR vote to be enacted”, but if the Atmosphere is Unhappy then we can’t post Trials.

imperial Makes sense, but seems difficult to read at a glance from the GNDT; counting ties instead (all of the none-more-common Emotions make up the Atmosphere, maybe with a limit of “at least one person feeling that way”) might be easier.
