Create a new rule called, “Time-Space Continuum Girder”.
If at least half the EVCs contain the phrase “We get the joke” create a rule called, “Construction Rules”:
As a daily action, a Bill Murray may spend 3 of any one GNDT tracked statistic and append or insert any one word to the text of rule “Time-Space Continuum Girder”.
For the good old times. Don’t think the newest players will get it, though.
Hopefully, this one won’t consist of “The DDA Commander must never add a rule without lemurs in. Yoda wins nothing. Energy feeds are forbidden.”.

Smash it to pieces was the name of the rule. It allowed you to Smash The Ruleset To Pieces (or, later on, due to smashing its own rule, Smash The Monkey To Pieces).

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
