Score 2. I actually don’t hate this but the repetition of Kebabs and Kabobs - likely unintentional - irks me. I have searched deeply within myself and found a way to move past the regional spelling difference in ‘yogurt’.

Score 2 for the arbitrariness of the examples, reminiscent of Clement Freud’s loophole on Just a Minute of listing items from a category at length, to fill time. Possibly a missed opportunity here to tie it all together as Greek cuisine.
