Uphold that the winner of any Bout, if they had an LED Banner attached to their Bot at the time of their win, added the name of the loser to their LED Banner as described by its effect. In the rule Systems, after the sentence “If a System effect is preceded by “Passive:”, then it has no effect when used, and instead applies to a Bot with that System at all times”, add “If a System does not have the ‘Passive:’ tag then its effect is only applied when it is activated by a line of BotScript.”

In the effect of the LED Banner, after ‘these names are publicly tracked’, add ‘and persist when the LED Banner is either equipped on the Bot or in its Operator’s Spare Parts bin; if the Operator loses the LED Banner through any means then their LED Banner name tracking is blanked (set to “-”) and is considered to hold no names.’
