Add a paragraph to “Bears”:
When an Emperor becomes a Bear due to a FOR vote on a Proposal that modifies this rule or modifies or creates a subrule to this rule, they immediately become not a Bear.
Apply this to its own enactment.
Hm, I made “becomes” -> “has become” before, but that might be the problem. Edited back to “becomes”.
I assume this is supposed to be about anyone among the 4 of us(Bucky, Clucky, you, & me) gets the modifications but anyone outside it does not become a bear until they sign all Treaties
The idea is that anyone can still become a bear via the route of signing any treaty by announcement, but lets others vote on bearposals without the fear of binding themselves to bearhood.
which is to say: yes, except I’m not sure what you mean by “sign all Treaties”
This would enable a group of non-bears to mess with what it means to be a bear without having to face any of the consequences that make them a bear themselves.
In the spirit of the dynasty, I decree that anyone who supports a change to this Treaty shall bear the consequences.
