Add a sub-rule named Black-Out to 14 - World:
Whenever a player is in a Black (Bk) Square, that player can post one more pending than the values liste in rule 3. Any extra proposals made this way remain legal even if the player leaves the Black Square.
Name Square 9 “Fresh Brain Zone” and colour it Black.
I think “pending” may be a noun, short for “pending proposal. This seems fine for me.
That who admin this, please correct 2 typos:
1 - add “proposal” after pending.
2 - change “liste” to “listed”
Although I can’t figure out how black squares are supposed to relate to proposals the Robomuffins need more territory.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
