Proposal: [BLO] Ok, I’ll make it legal and stylish this time

Create a new rule called, “Prancing Jaguars and their Derivatives”:

Because there is nothing more Stylish than a Garden Gnome, BLO Citizens are allowed to use Garden Gnomes to decorate their heads. The number of Garden Gnomes owned by a Citizen shall be tracked under a GNDT column called “GG”. At any time, the Stylist may redecorate a Citizen, increasing or decreasing their GG by any amount e sees fit. When the GG of a Citizen is increased, that Citizen is said to have been Gnomified. Conversely, when a Citizen’s GG is lowered, that Citizen is said to be Degnomiated.

If a Citizen has 50 or more Gnomes, the Citizen shall be declared Gnomifull and is never considered to be Idle, but still has ADD. This rule cannot be smashed (sorry, Rodlen)

Rule 1.2, implicit in GNO faction Ruleset:
“the Citizen’s personal gamestate retains the values it had immediately prior to her going Idle. If one or more values would be undefined, it is set to the value new Citizens receive, if such a value exists.”
