Consider all attempted Battle Actions during the First Blood Battle to have been attempted as if Kevan had had three Gunner Boons and two Persistence Boons throughout.
Per the Duke’s observation, some actions last battle were trivially invalid, but let’s play on.
Wow. For the longest time I thought this sort of proposal wasn’t allowed, because of
“A Pending CfJ may be Failed by any Admin if any of the following are true:
It is Unpopular.
It specifies neither changes to the Gamestate or Ruleset nor corrections to any gamestate tracking entities.”
But the gamestate, while invisible, is affected. 
It sets the current Merit scores to the value we think they have, rather than the value they’d have if a bunch of actions to change them hadn’t happened.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
