As a Daily Action, an Innie whose Work Ethic is greater than 1 may choose to Work Overtime, which is an atomic action with the following steps:
* Increase the Progress of one of the Projects assigned to that Innie’s Department by 1.
* Increase that Innie’s Stress by 1, adjusting their Work Ethic accordingly.
