In this Personal Injury case, X Express is accusing Joshua Chamberlain of running a red light, striking one of X Express’ bike messengers.

Your honor, the defendant’s car is dented and the shape and colour of the dent coincide exactly with my client’s now broken bike

After somehow bringing the car and the bike into the courtroom, the bike can be demonstrated to fit exactly into the dent in Joshua’s car. X Express is the winner; the fine is $212,625. This case is now closed.

What is BlogNomic?

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.

The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
