Change the first paragraph of the rule “Calls for Judgment” from

If two or more Players actively disagree as to the interpretation of the Ruleset, or if a Player feels that an aspect of the game needs urgent attention, then any Player may raise a Call for Judgment by posting an anonymous entry (by placing the posting in the ‘Call for Judgment’ category) which begins with the paragraph “Call for Judgment” in bold text, and goes on to describe the issue, and measures that should be taken to resolve it.
