Proposal: Compromise

Rules abuse: because the Ascension Address ended the hiatus, and a DOV only starts a hiatus, there is a DOV, but no hiatus.  Heh. Therefore this proposal is legal.

I don’t want this battle to go the way of Anthony vs. Kevan, as I don’t want either Yoda or I to leave Blognomic in a huff.  Therefore, I propose this compromise:

Create a new dynastic rule titled Second in Command:

Yoda is the Second in Command, and is counted as a second DDA Commander for all purposes.
