against A floating untracked effect (“the next card you play”) is a bit tricky. I’m also starting to feel like we have enough cards now.

I do strongly prefer a phasing like “discard a card, apply its up or down effect on a redlander community, and increase the economy of that community by 1”

I have no object to additional cards.

against i suppose it is untracked, maybe it should have “play another card in your hand” instead.
