Rename the player who holds account #4498 to “DeactivatedUser4498”.
This is a player who asked me to deactivate their account today, and who has just been idled. Their username can only be changed through the rules of the game, so it must go to a vote.
Renaming the account will change the name given on all of this user’s past posts and comments.
