Proposal: Dice

3-5.  Times out, fails.—Excalabur

Adminned at 11 Aug 2005 05:45:17 UTC

If there is not a rule named World, this rule does nothing.

Add a rule, named Moving:

Whenever a Player takes a Turn, e must roll DICE6 twice and Advance a number of Squares equal to the sum of the results of those rolls. If both rolls show the same number, that is called a Double, and that Player must immediately take another Turn.

Once a day, if e has not done so in the last 6 hours, a Player may choose to take a Turn.

against This appears to be a ripoff of Nomopoly. And how are we going to roll dice?

What do you have against Nomopoly? Or ripoffs? Don’t we need mechanics?

I don’t have anything against Nomopoly, I played in it after all. But this is just a clone. We should think of something more unique. Like moving every time a proposal passes or something.

ooh, i like that.

propose it.  we can move two different ways :)

We could use the existing GNDT for DICE (as long as we don’t annoy the blognomic users). Maybe Kevan would make a specific Blognomic Beta instance for us?
