Move the sentence “As a Forkable Existential Action a Mindjacker may increase their Matterium by 1” to the beginning of the rule Tier 9: The True Reality.
Repeal the rule Tier 8: Non-Euclidan N-Dimentional Spectrum.
In the rule name Tier 9: The True Reality change the 9 to an 8. In the same rule change “No Mindjacker whose Level is 9” to “No Mindjacker whose Level is 8”. In the rule Memes, change “Level 9” to “Level 8”.
If any Avatar or Mindjacker has a Home Tier or Level of 9, change it to 8.
